Our mobile app, ConnectComply, now includes tools for scheduled curfew and location checks. Facility staff are able to create events via the Call2test management interface and notifications are sent directly to the client’s iOS or Android smartphones. Set a schedule for when participants should be at work, treatment, or home. Then, require check-ins and be notified if they aren’t where they’re supposed to be.
Create a new event in the Call2test interface with an event title, date and time, and description. Additionally, you can set events to repeat for recurring appointments. We can even require clients to check-in when they arrive at a location. Ensure clients have attended their sobriety meetings and confirm their location with GPS.
Notifications may be set for a one-time occurrence or recurring for regularly scheduled events. Once they’ve checked in with the app, we’ll log their photo in the system along with the address from where they checked in, a map with a pin of that location, and a list of the notifications they received. We can trigger random curfew checks and require participants to verify their location using their phone. Clients are sent a notification on their smartphone with the request to check in, the time by which it should occur, and the name of the event. They’ll also be able to view any upcoming events directly in the app via an easy-to-use calendar.
We recommend pairing scheduled notifications with your existing check-in windows and ad-hoc check-in requests to keep your high-risk clients on the right track!
