As anyone who has used Call2test and ConnectComply will tell you, they’re both very intuitive. But we recognize you may need a little guidance, especially while getting started. As a result, we’ve created a ConnectComply and Call2test Support Center. The site functions as an online tool to aid you with the use and management of our software. The Support Center site is broken up into categories based on the layout of Call2test itself; Account Settings, Calendars, Client Set Up, Reports, and Settings. Topics include adding staff and clients, using multiple calendars, setting test types, and more. Additionally, we’ll be adding more articles and fine-tuning those that already exist.
A special section is also devoted to our mobile app, ConnectComply. Here you’ll find a ‘Getting Started with ConnectComply’ walkthrough video. If you are unfamiliar with our app, this is a great way to quickly learn more.
In addition to our support articles, we also feature a Frequently Asked Question page. Each entry further explains some of the uses of our tools. For example, some articles featured are Client Groups, Testing Windows, and Testing Profiles.
