As anyone who has used Call2test and ConnectComply will tell you, they’re both very intuitive.  But we recognize you may need a little guidance, especially while getting started.  As a result, we’ve created a ConnectComply and Call2test Support Center.  The site functions as an online tool to aid you with the use and management of our software.  Go to support.call2test.com to take a look.

About the Site

The Support Center site is broken up into categories based on the layout of Call2test itself; Account Settings, Calendars, Client Set Up, Reports, and Settings.  Topics include adding staff and clients, using multiple calendars, setting test types, and more.  Additionally, we’ll be adding more articles and fine-tuning those that already exist.

A special section is also devoted to our mobile app, ConnectComply.  Here you’ll find a ‘Getting Started with ConnectComply’ walkthrough video.  If you are unfamiliar with our app, this is a great way to quickly learn more.

Call2test Founder Joins APPA Board

We are proud to announce Call2test founder, Sam Hotchkiss, has joined the board of American Probation and Parole Association (APPA).  According to the group’s website, they are “…the voice of the community corrections industry.”

Call2test founder Sam Hotchkiss

Hotchkiss saw a gap in the tech used in the drug court and probation industry.  As a result, he helped launch Call2test in 2009.  The cloud-based suite replaces outdated drug testing color systems still used by many courts.  His background ranges from starting a successful web-consulting agency and also working for a Silicon-valley startup.  Therefore, Hotchkiss was well poised to innovate in the industry.

In March 2018, Sam and Call2test’s development team released ConnectComply.  This new tool allows drug court clients to take a “selfie” to check into their court-ordered program. In other words, Call2test and ConnectComply simplify the process with a single, easy-to-use interface.  ConnectComply will also add new features in the coming months.  These changes will make it a cost-effective, probation curfew check and house arrest app with electronic monitoring.

Sam is a frequent attendee of industry trade shows and conferences and looks forward to seeing many familiar faces at upcoming events.

Compliance Using Mobile App Is Simple, Inexpensive Solution

Call2Test announced today the launch of ConnectComply, a new mobile app that provides drug court administrators with the solution for managing random drug test scheduling. The mobile app is easy to use, economic and can fit drug court programs large and small.

In a March 28, 2018, news release, Ed Larson, president of Call2Test LLC, called ConnectComply the answer to drug court demands for “effectively managing growing rosters of offenders that assures compliance with industry benchmarks.”

According to the US Dept. of Justice, of the 3,100 drug courts now operational across the country, half are organized for adult drug treatment. The department notes that drug courts are proven effective in reducing drug use relapse and criminal recidivism. Key to their success are random drug and alcohol testing to hold participants accountable for their activities.

To assure judicial oversight that drug court random testing programs are administered properly, the National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP) established drug and alcohol testing best practices for program administrators. A key component of an effective program includes the ability to manage and secure daily random testing schedules and produce meaningful assessments of program outcomes.

With ConnectComply, efficient management of offender rosters, automatic detection of non-compliance, and fast report generation for individuals and program overviews.
